News Item: Provisional docs are live and update posted

Just posted an update of about 50 PS1 docs courtesy of DocuGiver. Unfortunately, most of them are below our typical standards of quality. Some have interference patterns in the images, many are monochrome scans, and some are at very poor resolution. But it would be a shame to just outright reject all of them, so it seemed like a good time to roll out the Provisional docs system.
Now, you will see the word "PROVISIONAL" on the download page of any provisional doc so that you can avoid downloading it if you are only interested in high quality scans. Note that flagging something Provisional also means that we are actively seeking a better quality replacement for that doc.
There's also a few other notable non-PS1 docs in the update:
Bioshock (Ashwin)
Overlord (L.D.)
Prey (fast fate)
