Wow, three news items in one day...
Anyway, I wanted to announce that replacementdocs has established a relationship with MobyGames. MobyGames is the internet's largest database of user-contributed information on video games across virtually every platform that has ever existed.
After some work we have found that the majority of documents in our database (2389 out of 2730 to be exact) have matching game entries in the MobyGames database. So, for each of these matches we have linked our document page to the related MobyGames entry. Likewise, the MobyGames entries for these pages will be linked back to us. We encourage any of our visitors who find a document that does not have a MobyGames entry to add the game to their database.
We believe that this partnership will be beneficial for video game preservation in general and will spur on the growth of both archives.
