Why am I getting 404 Not Found errors on every manual I try to download? Am I doing something wrong or is the whole site broken?

Jeremy, it has not been fixed because Sleepy has not yet fixed it. I don't know how busy Sleepy is but it has been over six weeks since he last logged in so I suspect he has other, more pressing, matters to address.
