About PDF compatibility, you're likely to get different answers from different people. I'm sure there are a few people still running Win98 on dedicated old-school rigs who would appreciate Acrobat 5 compat, if you're going to be upping any old DOS/Windows game docs. But it's your call, regardless.

After you upload 10 docs (and notify sleepy of such), sleepy alerts the editors to give your submits a quick once over to check for dupes, quality etc., then they give a thumbs up so FC status can be fast tracked.

Looking in Uploads, it seems someone uploaded the Folklore manual over 3 years ago.
I wonder if being a 'Frequent Contributor' has to do with uploading only, or 10 uploads accepted for posting because the latter could take years.
