hi there, i am a new member.
i like to read of the manual. so i invited this site. and i download to the manual.
but i have a problem.
the download error - 'You have been prevented from downloading this file; you have exceeded your daily download quota. Register for a free account to increase your quota.'
how can i more download? please help me.

SourceSeeker, first, the link in the FAQ is a dead link (the FAQ is pretty old and seems not to have been updated since it was first written).
Secondly, please do not downgrade the quality of your submission. You can split files larger than 7MB into sub-7MB files with zip or rar, and upload the smaller files. Please use a naming regime along the lines of "(game name)-(part number of total number).zip" so that the editors will know how many part files make up the whole and their order.

You might have to be a frequent contributor to see the pending uploads list. Anyone can search the uploads by setting the "search in" dropdown to uploads. If you see something in uploads you want, make a request in the forums.
For uploading large files, split into multiple zip files and use a naming convention that is obvious.

hmm, when i click on "list of pending uploads" inside the FAQ an error pops up:

it seems i can not upload my pdf. it is 7,8 MB in size & it is said that it should be max 7 MB. is that the reason? already compressed as high as possible... what can i do? quality already quite poor through compression.
