It looks like our PlanetMirror archive (as is prone to happen from time to time) is down again. I've contacted them so we'll just have to wait and see when they get it fixed.
I had posted some new docs, but I guess it will have to wait now.
Note that since pending uploads are not hosted on PlanetMirror, our Frequent Contributors will still be able to access those.

This is something I've been wanting to do for quite some time now.
replacementdocs has always been the sum of the efforts of a lot of people. Some people more than others. I've always wanted to be able to reward those people that put in that extra effort.
So, effective immediately, anyone who has 10 or more documents to their credit that have already been approved and posted for download will be classified as a Frequent Contributor. These users will then be able to use the site's search tool to find pending uploads and clicking the search results will allow those users to download the pending uploads before we ever get around to approving or posting them! No more waiting on us!
As I already mentioned, part of the reason for doing this is to reward those people who have given so much to us over the years. But it also serves as incentive for others to upload docs. If you really want something in that pending uploads list, and you're sick of waiting, think about uploading some yourself and you won't have to wait anymore.
NOTE: This class is currently only being applied to those who have 10 or more docs posted and live. If you believe that your downloads plus your own pending uploads would push you over the 10 limit, send me a PM and I can go ahead and class you as a Frequent Contributor as well.

I don't know how many of you guys are into video game music, but I am and I've collected quite a bit over the years. I recently got a request to plug a podcast that has been created to showcase video game music at VGM FM Radio. It looks like they've already gotten 3 shows available and they are coming out weekly featuring all kinds of classic and modern music - ranging from Pac-Man to Final Fantasy XII.

Once again you now have the power to search our list of pending uploads. As always, if you are planning to contribute something, please check our existing downloads and this list of pending uploads to make sure what you are sending has not already been uploaded.
